Sometimes you need to return a product to us. Perhaps the the product is defective, you have received the wrong item, or maybe you have just changed your mind.
In addition to this policy you have all statutory rights under the Trade Practices Act.
Defective & Incorrect Products
If a product is wrongly described, different from a sample shown or doesn't do what it is supposed to do, you may choose between a replacement, credit or a refund. We will pay all freight charges so you are not out of pocket. If an incorrect item is sent to you then we will request that it is returned to us in its original condition.
Changed Your Mind?
If you have received your product and have simply changed your mind then we are happy to offer you a refund or credit. Please note the following requirements:
- The product must be returned to us within 60 days of the original purchase.
- The product must be in its original condition and must not be opened or damaged.
- We will refund or credit the product price but cannot offer any subsidies for freight.
